Usually, there is a post that comes down the middle of the fixture and then you put it through the bottom metal cap (which all the crystals are attached to) and secure it with a round ball finial. This makes the crystals go up a little bit in the middle of the fixture.

This post is missing from this fixture, resulting int he crystals will hang down to the middle in a smooth arc instead of coming up in the middle a little bit. There is no ball finial, so the hole in the little bronze cap will be there. I've marked it down because of this. Dozens of sparkling, faceted-glass crystals cascade from an antique bronze base that's embellished with decorative detailing. Delicate filigree frame hand-finished in bronze with strands of octagonal-faceted crystals. Inspired by crystal ballroom fixtures loved for their dramatic, elegant effect. Made of crystal on an iron frame with a hand-applied Rustic finish. Compatible with mounting on slanted or sloped ceiling. Damp UL-listed for use indoors or in a protected outdoor area. Not compatible with dimmer switch. Light bulb(s) are not included. Accommodates two 40W, type B candelabra bulbs or LED equivalent. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Do not exceed specified wattage.

Note, my photo shows the newer style packaging, but this is the older style packaging, where the post does not come unattached. It's the exact same light, PB has just changed the way they package it (I assume to save on the size of the box/make the packaging smaller). OVERALL: 12.5" dia, 7" h.
